Hi guys...need some expert opinion please. I'm considering a bank loan to partly fund a business and the bank rate is over 26% and considering that bank lending rates are floating, I'm not sure about what rate it might rise to midway into the loan. Does anyone anticipate any reduction in the rates (any pending CBN announcements of sorts perhaps?) I believe we have very financially informed people here- your opinions appreciated please. Thanks |
