Fantastic PA to Our Highly resourceful Managing Director.

With every leader, there's a personal assistant making sure that everything is being taken care of.

Is this you?

You’re a highly organised and experienced PA looking to provide exceptional support to our Managing Director. Are you a fantastic PA at the top of their game who wants the excitement of travel in their working life? You’ll be responsible for effective and proactive management of her workload, supporting the office system on a daily basis with administration & customer care duties and ad hoc project work as and when required.
You’ll proactively deliver specific outputs such as quotations, minutes, documents and presentations and will attend meetings when required.
You’ll be an excellent communicator and act as a communications channel between the our Director’s, direct reports and the wider business.

What will it take?
A distinct advantage, would be previous experience working within a corporate services/travel environment. You’ll bring excellent organisational skills and experience of diary management.
You’ll be personable and professional and will ensure that the MD’s time is managed effectively and efficiently. You'll pay excellent attention to detail be organised and have MS Office knowledge including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You’ll be resilient, have the ability to work well under pressure and can adapt to any given situation.

As the business grows and develops, you will be part of an evolving Corporate Services agenda and team as they design and implement exciting change initiatives to support the wider business and its long term goals. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar PA role or having supported at board level within Travel Services in a PA capacity. You will have a get up and go attitude, copious amounts of common sense, be dynamic and most importantly flexible. RESPONSIBILITIES :

o To understand our brand, products and services
o Communicate with target audiences and managing customer relationships
o Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and international partner organizations
o maintaining and updating customer databases
o filing & record keeping


ELIGIBILITY :

• Must have good communication skills.
• Should be conversant with MS- Office packages.
• Should be friendly, dynamic, hardworking, willing to travel.
• Should be persuasive, resourceful and able to resolve administrative challenges.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :

HND or BSC Holder with min of two years’ experience in the same field.
