due to dollar transaction decline UBA has launched Dollar ATM Cards.
below is message I received from UBA.


Get UBA DCDC or our foreign currency cards for higher limits on POS & Web and $300/day on ATMs as the Naira card is not available for cash withdrawal abroad.

The concern I had when I received this UBA message this evening is about funding. They didn't mention how high the card daily limit will be but funding it with dollar means you must go through the dollar exchange rate hassles to get it funded, though at least it may truly solve limit issue.
