ayindepremier: I was born and raised in that hood and I even attended the school there called breadfruit Anglican primary school in Davies street next to breadfruits.. I'm 42 and I schooled there between 1980-1986 and it was like that then.. PDP was in power between 1999_2015 So, how is it pdp 's fault?
