It means more apps can stay open in the background, reducing the endless opening/closing cycle that can make using a slower, less capable smartphone a tedious exercise in staring at a wide range of rotating "loading" icons.

Get Gionee splus, thats what you need. For 40k you can't get any snapdragon phone with the specs you listed here.

U didn't explain what you mean by no chinko. Do you mean you don't need phones made by Chinese companies or you don't need an MTK device? Which ever way, you cannot get any phone with those specs that is either not made by a Chinese company or not an mtk device. Of course, that's assuming it's android phones you actually want.
