Introduction

Our company, Takunko Ventures is into processing of soya bean to get oil and cake.
The factory is situated in Kaduna state, and it has an installed capacity of processing 10,000Kg of soya beans per week.
From soya beans, we produce crude, 100% pure soya oil which we sell to local dealers, and soya bean cake (SBC) which we sell to poultry/fish farmers and animal feed production factories.

With the gradual increase in the cost of our major raw material, soya bean, the profitability of our business is being negatively affected. As this trend continues, it might result to our profitability declining to zero, and even result to loss should we continue production when the cost of soya bean raises further more.

To avoid this, the need to stock raw materials that will suffice us for the next three to six months arises. And as a small scale enterprise with limited finance, the need also arises to invite financiers/investors to invest in stocking raw materials for our company.

We therefore invite you to invest in stocking of 100 tons of soya beans for our company, and earn a profit of 20% of your investment after six months.

Analysis of Investment

COST OF INVESTMENT
The current cost of soya bean is N110, 000 per ton, and cost of transport to our factory store is N5, 000 per ton. By extension, the landing cost of the said soya is N115, 000 per ton, and this implies that 100 tons will cost N11, 500, 000.

OUR OFFER
We offer to pay the sum of N138, 000 per ton for the stock (that is N13, 800, 000 for the whole stock) after a period of six (6) months. This translates to a profit of N23, 000 per ton, and 20% (N2, 300, 000) for the whole investment.
By implication, an investment of N11, 500, 000 by you, will become N13, 800, 000 in just six months, which is definitely far higher than what one gets from keeping money in the bank.
