The 220k multinational oil and gas makes more sense just because of the exposure and experience it will give you. As your contract reaches expiration, you can begin to scout for a new job, I'm sure with a good record it shouldn't be hard for you to move to another oil and gas firm or you could even seek another job within same company via internal recruitment
