Did you know that the kind of smartphone you own can tell a lot about your personality, habits and interests? Telstra, an Australian telecommunications company, carried out a 2013 study on this theory and came up with very interesting findings:

iPhone owners: These individuals are serious mobile phone users and addicts. They are naturally extroverted in nature and enjoy travelling abroad, entertainment and luxuries like facials, massages etc. They also tend to be sports-inclined.
Samsung owners: They aren’t as serious as iPhone users when it comes to using and purchasing phone. They tend to be naturally agreeable, are open-minded particularly to new experiences and enjoy playing video games. They are also more hardworking.
HTC owners: According to the study, these individuals are actually less agreeable than the aforementioned personality-wise. They are also more relaxed in life and are usually men.
Non-smartphone owners: These people could care less about smartphone trends and are usually much older than the other groups of individuals. They tend to be quite introverted, spending most time indoors, and love gardening in their free-time.

The Telstra study unfortunately didn’t profile Blackberry users in their research. Secondly, not too many details were provided to the media, compared to British telecoms company, TalkTalk’s (2013) study which fortunately included Team Blackberry in their study, comparing them with users of iPhones. 2,000 UK users were surveyed and result findings included:

Blackberry owners: They tend to be busier professionals who earn more income than their counterparts annually. They also send emails and texts more frequently.
iPhone owners: They are more image-conscious and consider themselves to be more attractive than most people. These individuals are also very likely to work in media, retail and education.

Did the studies describe your personality accurately?

The phone you use says absolutely nothing about your personality. I've seen dumbos with iphones, psychos with blackberrys, fucktards with androids and quite intelligent ppl with torchlight fones
