A good friend of mine brought somewhat good news to me yesterday when he told me that his aunt that had a very 'strong leg' in one of the Nigerian Breweries asked for my CV but to my amazement, he told her I can't work there because am a Christian.... To be sincere, i almost slapped him. Please fellow landers, what is wrong with a Christian working in a Brewery?

Or was it not wine that was used at the Marriage in canaan in the Bible? Please show him this to answer them correctly, if He can give a reason why he cant work there, then he is spared.

I havent come across a Principle in the bible that goes against that. That should be enough to convince your friend.

His argument is based on the premise that Wine/alcohols produced by this company leads to drunkenness which Ultimately leads to sin. And dat xtians shuld'nt be working in such places that will inadvertently lead people to hell.

And verse in that Hymn goes thus,
"the drunkard was there and the man that had sold them the drink and with the people who gave them the license, together in hell do they sink"
