We’re launching a new online platform for businesses in March and are seeking to recruit Super Agents.

The website is under construction www.mynaijabiz.com

The role of the Super Agent is to get as many sign ups to our website from small to medium sized business people. The cost of sign up for the customer is just N1400 per month on an ongoing basis.

We require two super agents in each of these locations: Port Harcourt, Lagos and Abuja

Job Role

- Applicants must be based in Port Harcourt, Lagos or Abuja only
- Responsible for the planning, direction, organisation and control of 50 sales agents across a single state to meet agreed targets
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a reporting system and communication between the sales team and central management
- Identifying and resolving client concerns
- Collecting customer feedback and market research

Skills Required

- Prior Experience of Management in a Sales Capacity
- Proven Track Record of achieving sales targets
- excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- good business sense

- coaching and mentoring skills
- initiative and enthusiasm.
- excellent communication and 'people skills'
- good planning and organisational skills.
- the ability to work calmly under pressure


Potential Commission

N1,000,000 per month

Each Sales Agent you manage is expected to make N50,000 per month. This is based on them making 100 sales a month (just 4 a day). This is easily achievable given customers only pay N1400 per month to sign up and use the website each month.

Super Agents will get N20,000 each month from each agent managed.
