A cars’ drive shaft-the rotating object placed between the differentials and gear box. This helps it switch from idle to drive; without which a vehicle would hardly move. Normally, a drive shaft does not fail instantaneously, but deteriorates and fails over time. Thus, if drive shaft problems are diagnosed early, costly repairs could be avoided. There are various symptoms that indicate if your vehicle’s drive shaft is faulty.
Vibration
A damaged drive shaft can cause a vibrating car. The entire vehicle or some components of it especially the car flour may shake vibrate and tremble, and this vibration increases with speed. Some vibrations however can also indicate a bad tire but vibrations from tire problems usually happen during acceleration. Whereas drive shaft issues cause vibration when the vehicle is moving or stationary.
