Typing from my brothers phone.

My phone was stolen yesterday and really you know how that feels when it's your closest companion.

Now am on a low budget but currently need a little phone I could use until I get something better. So I need your advice my phone gurus on a good phone I could get for 15,000.

Something with good camera, smooth and light
