Guardiola to Replace Pellegrini Next Season‼ Manchester City have confirmed that Pep Guardiola will take over as their new manager at the end of the season after Manuel Pellegrini announced he will leave the club when his contract expires in June. Guardiola always insisted his new team will be revealed once he sorts out everything with his new club and City have now confirmed the Etihad Stadium will be his next destination for the next three seasons. The Premier League club's statement read: "Manchester City can confirm that in recent weeks it has commenced and finalized contractual negotiations with Pep Guardiola to become Manchester City FC Head Coach for the 2016-17 EPL season onwards."
