VACANCY NOTICE Date of Publication- 2nd February, 2016. Status- Full Time Employment. Date of publication- February 02,2016. Closing date- February 5, 2016. Location- Abuja. HR Business Partner – Nigeria Department- Human Resources Essential Job Responsibilities: • Provides support in the evaluation of Lumos's workforce needs and coordinates the recruitment and selection process • Develops and implements new employee induction program and builds the organizational talent pipeline by planning and contributing to key developmental experiences of current employees and management • Prepares monthly reports for HR needs, actively participates and supports salary calculation reports, organizes personal records of all employees • Follows established procedure and guidelines to provide timely and effective human resource support to all departments or other organization group • Provides employees with information and/or consultation regarding the Lumos's personnel policies and the labor and social security legislation in effect • Leads and deliver key HR projects to ensure HR best practice and quality standards are implemented • Keeps abreast of trends and developments in HR Management / labor legislation and networks across internal and external HR Community Qualification: • University degree (preferably in human resources, psychology or social sciences) • 5-10 years of experience in the area of human resources in a matrix environment, preferably in a multinational company • Thorough understanding of country-specific employment law and regulations • Excellent knowledge of English language and computer skills (MS Office) Candidate’s profile: • Highly customer focused, with good consulting, influencing and negotiating skills • Excellent inter-personal communication skills • Confidential and trustworthy • Excellent listening and communication abilities • Accurate and able to work fast • Flexible and proactive Technical knowledge: • Working knowledge of most HR functional areas Required Education & Language skills Education: • University degree (preferably in human resources, psychology or social sciences) • Fluency in the country’s national language, English proficiency required; Location Abuja, Nigeria.
