The company is recruiting for the position of Senior Research Executive

Job Title: Senior Research Executive/ AGM

This position requires outstanding communication skills, a passion for survey research, strong knowledge of market research methodologies, and a desire to learn and work hard. This position offers considerable opportunity of growth for the right individual.
Responsibilities:

• Proficient in all qualitative and quantitative research designs and data collection methods
• Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques for project.
• Ability to interpret data and convincingly present it to clients.
• Managing fieldworkers and interviewers.
• Writing proposals and generating new leads.
• Overseeing the design of research questionnaires and moderator guides.
• Participation in client and internal project meetings to ensure projects runs smoothly.
• Responsibility for quality control throughout the study design, data collection & analysis/reporting process.
• Conducting data analysis using SPSS and other software platforms, from crosstabs to advanced analysis.
Requirements:
• A good first degree from a reputable institution.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years hand-on experience within the Market Research industry at the managerial level.
• Good interpersonal relationship.
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Academic and practical experience with a wide array of product, brand, advertising and customer satisfaction research methodologies.
• Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis.
• Proficient with the use of Excel, PowerPoint, statistical and time-series analysis tools.
• Advanced degree in business, mathematics, or sciences would be an added advantage.
• An international experience will be an added advantage.
