Which of the two is better, the raw egg or in boiled form? Does it also depend it you're going to gym regularly? Please help a brother.. embarassed

Well, it doesn't happen much in naija cos people ussualy don't eat raw egg. And if it happens to some they will link it to their "enemies" so you may not hear it as food poisoning but as a testimony in church of how enemy wanted to destroy some business or interview destiny.

The problem aria s when the chicken used in producing the egg is diseased and not kept in hygenic conditions.

If those are handled properly then it rarely happens.

As a body-building enthusiast, i can tell you for freee that boiled egg is better. Most especially the eggwhite(albumen), moreover our body do not have enzymes to metabolize raw eggs properly. Also food poisoning could occur due to salmonella.

Yes. Easy on the buffness cos you might add unneccessary bodyfat alongside the muscles.
