In a nutshell, a brick company is a company that has, for instance a physical or tangible structure (offices, factory.. Etc) , whereas, a click company is something like an e-commerce infrastructure ( eBay, aliexpress).

The implications should be drawn out of a comparison of the two. Taking into consideration the following factors ;

Set-up cost

Good business environment

Competition

Labour

Market barriers

Etc
