Am working on creating a network of home tutors so I need your candid advice on some issues.

1. TIME: what should be the average time for a lesson period for a student and for 2 or 3 students combined?

2. PRICE: I know this depends a lot on location so my target locations for now are in two categories ( Yaba, Ikeja, Ogba, Agege) and ( Abulegba, Sango) axis. So how much can you pay a lesson teacher for a child or two in either of this categories of locations?

3. PAYMENT OF TUTORS: I intend that all lesson fees be paid directly to me via bank deposit or transfer while I pay my tutors myself. I will deduct a certain percentage from the lesson fee as mine while the tutor have the rest for any particular student. Am also thinking 20% for the 1st month and 10% for subsequent months.
Your contributions will be greatly appreciated. You can also drop any advice on the subject even if its not concerning the 3 issues pointed out here.
