1. Having No Breakfast: Most of the People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This activity to not take breakfast can leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain which can cause brain degeneration. So always remember to take a healthy breakfast early in the morning to maintain a good health as well as an active brain.

2. Overeating: The persons who eat too much also have some brain problems. The overeating can cause hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power. So dear reader try to eat less and sufficient amount of diet for a healthy life.

3. Smoking: This is the most dangerous habits among the human being which can make so negative effects on your brain as well as can cause liver cancer. The smoking can causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease which is also a life threatening disease. So if you smoke than quit smoking right now for a healthy life for you as well as for your family.

4. High Sugar consumption: The consumption of too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development. So do not eat too much sugar and sweets. One of Signs Of Brain Damage

5. Air Pollution: Do you know that the brain is the largest oxygen consumer body part in our body. So when we inhaling polluted air which automatically decreases the supply of the oxygen towards our brain which can cause the decrease in brain efficiency. Try to grow more trees near to your home which can produce more oxygen and make your environment more green and healthy.

6. Head covered while sleeping: While sleeping do not covered your head because it can be cause the increases in the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen which leads to the brain damaging effects. So sleep tight without covering your head.

7. Working your brain during illness: When you fall ill and still trying to Work hard or studying hard with your sickness may lead to the decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain. So when you fall sick just take a rest for your body as well as for your brain. This can lead to a happy and healthy life.

8. Lacking in stimulating thoughts: As we all know that the thinking is the best way to train our brain actively and fast. The Lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may which can cause brain shrinkage.
