We are looking at employing 5 ride operators who should be SSCE holders and 5 marketers, list below are traits we are looking out for;


Ride Operator
- Ability to work and and communicate with children.
- Ability to respond to emergency situations effectively and report any collision and accident to the manager in a timely manner.
- Collect tickets and balance them at the end of the day.
- Provide excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report unsafe conditions to the manager promptly.
- Inspect riding devices for any malfunction before opening to the public.
- Clean and maintain the riding devices.
- Control devices to start and stop within the allotted time.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Crowd control and management.
- Strong Customer Care Skills.
- Ability to read and write.

Marketer
- Creative idea generation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Mastery of online advertising and social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate.
- Strongly outgoing.
- Personal skills: must have drive and energy, adaptability, resilience and determination, confidence, creativity and the ability to learn and absorb knowledge.
- Understand company goals and objectives.
- Team work.
- Ability to identify opportunities.
- Influencing skills.
- Ability to solve problems and work to deadlines.
