Audeo Clothing Company is a manufacturer and retailer of Clothing apparel. The company was established in 2011 and operates from Lagos, Nigeria.
Audeo Clothing produces own and 3rd party designs and patterns, with a state of the art factory and experienced technical staffs.

Audeo is setting up retail outlets that will carry Audeo owned brands as well brands from other designers. We are looking to hire a Retail Store Manager for these outlets.

The retail Store Manager will be tasked with enhancing and executing a profitable retail channel strategy and will have P+L responsibilities to ensure managed channel(s) are profitable

Key Responsibilities will be as follows;

o Responsible for the stores’ general outlook, layout and operations and will have profit and loss responsibility.

o Monitor market trends, competitive data and provide feedback to Production Manager

o Develop and manage customer accounts – coordinate orders, deliveries, payments, and customer database development

o Manage Sales assistants and other store personnel

o Ensure adherence to high standards of customer service

o Manage and oversee key client accounts and negotiate contracts

o Generate store traffic and sales activities both online and at the physical store.

o Responsible for managing the store's activities on the social media.

o Coordinate sales operation and accounts with the account departments of the organization

o Organize and oversee special events for the store

The ideal candidate should have about 3-5 years experience in a sales and/or a project management role and have a track record of meeting targets.

He or she must be organized, persistent, and be able to work to schedules/deadlines.
He or she must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to drive sales and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
He or she must also possess a strong business acumen, administrative skills and be competent with excel and power point.

Candidates must be graduates and should be fashion and social media savvy.
