Exposure is when you are allowed to see,taste,hear,feel or do things without having the necessary trainings or mindset to manage or cope with the repercussions or setbacks,failures or stages of such things.
At first ,it would be fun,an adventure,,much pleasure and passion,but when the reality of actions surface, the person exposed tends to react Negatively, in fright and out of fear.
Such a one would become spoilt or a spoiler and then you would imagine and say they are Immature!!!!
To them,they would be angry because an exposed person is also one that imitates or selfwilled.One that wasn't given enough parental/guardian care.
Nowadays,Parents substitute Money for their kids/food.
They also substitute TV and games for their kids and these kids are exposed @ an early stage to all sort of corrupt and evil lifestyles.
On the other Hand, an experienced person is one that understands the consequences of an action and can face the reality of any decision or steps taken because of past experiences.
A guy who has suffered in his infant age and lived on one square meal per day would become the best manager of financial resources than one who has been spending millions at his infant age and doesn't experience what suffering is all about.

The reason why most Nigerian leaders are seen or perceived as heartless is because @ their young age ,they were born into ONE SIDE OF LIFE EG ENJOYMENT,PLEASURE,GREAT WEALTH,SECURITY,PROSPERITY AND PLENTY,HENCE,THEY DID NOT HAVE THE EXPERIENCE OF WHAT IT MEANS TO BE SUFFERING,IN LACK,INSECURITY, AND LITTLE.
I ASK YOU,HOW CAN THEY RULE NIGERIA? DO YOU THINK THEY WOULD HAVE COMPASSION ON THE POOR?
people that never tasted both sides of life befoe becoming prominent can never sacrifice for anybody.
Our Lord Jesus christ left all his riches,wealth and Glory to come and suffer for us.
He tasted all the worst part of Humanity and experienced evil.
God knew what evil is also because he saw it in rebels.
Those who are not experienced but exposed can never be good leaders.This is because those who r exposed would see positions of power as a level ground for exploitation.
