According to the Facebook user this happened in Guangzhou, China. The street was thrown into a confusion when a man bleeding profusely in between his legs ran out of his house and fell down. I wonder what could have caused such wicked attack or is that supposed to be the man's valentine gift. Nevertheless, I can’t even begin to imagine the excruciating pain the victim must be passing through right now.
