Have you heard of the 18th Camel Story? No? Ok, i will tell you.

A man who had 17 camels wrote a will for his three children. The will
stated that the first child should get half of the 17 camels, while
the second and third children and should get one-third and one-ninth
of the 17 camels respectively.

There lies the problem, how can they possibly divide 17 into half (2),
one-third (3) or one-ninth (9)? The problem escalates as the siblings
were unable to find a solution.

They decided to consult a wise old man. The wise man listened
attentively to the content of the Will, after critically analysing the
will, he brought one camel of his own and added it to the 17, making
it 18 camels.

Then he started dividing the camels as stipulated in the will.

1/2 of 18 = 9. Hence the first child got 9 camels.

1/3rd of 18 = 6. Hence the second child got 6 camels.

1/9th of 18 = 2. Hence the third child got 2 camels.

After sharing the camels among the children, there was one camel left -
the one that the old man brought. The old man took his camel back.

The moral of this story is that problem is only a problem if you
refuse to look for a solution . Let problem solving be the focus of
your business. Be the one people run to when confronted with a
challenging problem - remember to use 18th camel story to try to come
up with an innovative solution.
