£20million moves for CSKA Moscow striker Ahmed Musa and Dynamo Kiev defender Aleksandar Dragovic are likely this summer after the club's January advances were rejected.

Leicester's ambitious Thai owners are ready to spend big this summer with the club closing in a Champions League spot.

City's shock title bid has been the story of the Premier League season so far and the club are 12 points above fifth-placed Manchester United.

A top four finish is set to earn the Foxes around £87million in prize money and TV cash from the Premier League.

If they were to lift the title Leicester would be on course to bank around £91m.

Last season's champions Chelsea earned £99m in prize money and TV dosh as 25 of their matches were televised.

But a top three spot this term also qualifies Claudio Ranieri's men for the lucrative Champions League group stages which, from next season, guarantees every club a minimum (Euros 12m) £10m 'participation bonus'.

It means Leicester are on course to have £100m coming into the King Power Stadium club later this year.

It is a major increase on last season's income of £71.6m from the Premier League.

Mirror Sport understands City's Thai owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha has already indicated to associates he is willing to invest much of the cash in new players and salaries.

The East Midlands club recently gave star striker Jamie Vardy a new contract until 2019 worth around £13m.

The Foxes also aim to tie down Riyad Mahrez, Wes Morgan, Danny Simpson and Kasper Schmeichel on extended deals.
