They should be exchanging at the paralell market which should be somewhere close to 400 to a dollar. I think it makes better sense to use a Nigerian host at the moment. |

Your bank will determine the bill but I wish I can advise you opt out of their services.... I once had issues using it! I can as well help out with hosting for you if you won't mind either. |
