I feel people born on February 29th can't have a date for their birthday every year since February 29th comes once in four years (if I'm not mistaken). What date will they pick for their birthday when February 29th doesn't come up?? |

They have their birthday every four years. Nor be when them born person be him birthday? Must it be every year? |
