A lovely and enriching poem written by Edward Nuhu Bako. to the University Of Jos Chapter on her current situation and the bad name she's painting this well recognized Institution.
From her frequent strikes delaying the leaders of tomorrow who ought to be graduates by now but they found themselves still in school. Also how they always delay the admission list especially the recent 2015 ex Jamb examination. Edward is a fresh student of this great institution who just got admission to study statistics. He is from Jos, Nigeria. A simple and easy going young man, cool and fun to hang out with.
Read below his letter to the University of Jos:

Dear Unijos,
The untamed beauty of the North, the pride of the Alumni's, the citadel of wisdom. The place where its children will listen to the sweet story lane of the greatness which lived here, provide a voice impaled into the delusion minds of the academic inferior, a knock at the door and a knowledge that
will echo forevermore. Oh! Shadows are trailing, the students hearts are bewailing, and being toiled like a funeral bell. Thousands have been left to wonder in search of the only thing that now will
quench their only insatiable appetite of the long awaited second list which was expected in 2015 as other schools have gone far in their academics; the fate of the second list is yet to be known.
Unbelievable?, maybe. It certainly will be easier to swallow up the cover story of the "Dasuki and Friends" money scandal, than the whole story behind the long awaited second list. Indeed, for all we know; majority of those awaiting the second list will be taking part in the forth-coming jamb that begins early tomorrow morning in this once hopeful set. Is it worth involving the government or
going into a protest?. A year ago, I would have said NO. Well, another story broke, this one easier to believe for most but for this young writer its the headline of the decade. "Will the new V.C's tenure be different?"

Yours Faithfully,
Ed Tibai Nuhu
