Pls b more specific.Are u trying to connect tru wireless?Are u sure it's not network problem?If ur ans is NO to d questions the next troubleshooting step is to see if you are getting an IP address.
STEPS
Go to"command prompt".
To open the "command prompt" , left click on the
" start menu" located on the bottom left corner, and
left click on " Run ". Next type in " CMD " and click
" ok ".
To check your IP address type ipconfig in the
command prompt and press enter .
If you don't have an IP address, or even if you do,
but still no internet, type the following command:
ipconfig/release & ipconfig/renew .
This will refresh your IP address and re-establish
your internet connectivity (don’t forget to put the
spaces after each command where the ‘&’ symbol
appears).
. And last but not
least, if the previous steps didn’t work, restart your
computer as it will refresh the IP address also.
Let me knw when you have tried dis.

Tell any of the attendant o administrator in the cafe to configure it for you.

Are you trying to connect wirelessly or through RJ45?
Does your laptop have a WiFi module? Are the drivers for the WiFi module installed?
Do you see the WiFi icon at the bottom right of the laptop screen?
Have you tried hotspoting your phone to the laptop?

C'mon no lonq thinq, just format ya system ma guy, if its window 8, bring it back to window 7, and if its 7? Upgrade it to 8, its like 1 HP i qot, i can't browse on it, its window 8 then i chanqed it to window 7, then it missed some drivers, i used every drivers i qot, park 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, it didnt work, then i re format it and put it back to window 8, and drived it, quess what? She worked perfectly,

Wen u insert d disk i.e xp bootable disk just read d onscreen instruction......U wil b prompted to press R to repair.

Did u create a path(java path) in ur system? if yes try system restore
