Hello guys i need your help!! I have hp probook 450 and i have a problem with my bluetooth, The bluetooth drivers are perfectly installed and its also runing perfectly but the problem is when i try to search for device or use other device to search for the pc i wont see any device i.e my pc cannot find any other bt device and other bt device cant find my pc. Note: both the pc and other bt device visibilty are discoverable Pls i need your help on this i have tried many methods even search on google but cant get solution. Am using window 8.1 |

ecoryt:how sure are u that the drivers is installed perfectly? nswer this question...what color is the bluetooth light showing......Orange or white? and btw, hw the 8.1w OS, did u upgrade it urself or it came with ur system? |

Did this problem start immediately you acquired the laptop or after you have used it for some time with out the bluetooth problem? You may try these ... Upgrade/downgrade your bluetooth driver Up grade /down grade your OS. Replace your bluetooth card with a compatible working one. 1 Like 1 Share |
