Recently, Ecobank changed their internet banking portal. Now I am unable to login or reset my login credentials. I no longer receive OTP even when I request one.

I sent an email to Customer Service, they promised to lo look into it. It is 5 days now, no feedback yet. Worse still, the contact centre numbers are unreachable. They gave me a whatsapp number to chat with them. I have been sending messages since morning, but no one replies.

I need to make an urgent transfer before the end of business day.

What an antiquated bank this is.

Whenever I find it difficult to reach the bank I call 01-2260450 (it is their ombudsman number) and the issue is handled quickly. Call the number and don't forget to thank me. cool

This number works magic man. I met a guy who spoke so beautifully and nicely. He listened to my complaint. He referred me someone who could help me.

Hi, yea, I started receiving the OTP again. It is on Nigerian mobile number roaming abroad.

Initially, they used to send it via email. Somehow, it just stopped coming. I guess it was probably because of the migration to the new internet banking platform.
