A blog reader swears he was somewhere in Agege, Lagos yesterday when he spotted a man sitting down with a horn at his back. Can anyone explain how this is possible?

I suspect it's a photoshopped image but it's possible. Growing up I once met a man with a horn on his shoulder and another with string-like skin protruding from his abdomen like a malformed tail. I was a seven year old so couldn't dare ask, I was filled with fear. Mutations don't only happen in lower animals you know.

Its a local process in the North where they use horns and cut small marks on the person's body to extract bad blood. Its and age old tradition and we call it 'kaho'

Yes he's , guess his clothe is long enough to cover that part. If you have a good look at d pic, he folded his clothe up. He did it for purpose
