Centre Administrator Vacancy- London Professional Training Centre:lagos Centre by Nobody: 1:14am On Mar 06, 2016
The main purpose of this job role is to provide high level administrative support to London Professional Training Centre; a rapidly growing training provider based in UK and with centres opening in Lagos Nigeria.
The hours will be weekdays from 9am to 5pm, however some flexibility on these hours may be required. The wage will be dependent upon qualifications, skills and experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years administrative experience
Duties and responsibilities
• Developing/updating filing systems and spreadsheets
• Collation and management of monthly data reports
• Dealing with incoming telephone calls and emails
• Conducting telephone reviews with clients
• Processing and managing the completion of company paperwork
• Ordering and monitoring of office stock
• Supervision of administration staff, in the absence of the Manager
• Attending and taking minutes at internal staff meetings
• Assist in the co-ordination of monthly accounts and expenses
• Monitoring outstanding payments and chasing clients, where needed
• Any other tasks as specified by the Directors

Qualifications and skills
• At least two years’ experience of working in an administrative role
• A minimum of undergraduate degree
• ICT competent
• Ability to manage own workload
• Confidence
• Reliability
• Time Management
• Use of initiative
• Organisation
• Team Player
• Willingness and commitment to learn
• Sense of humour
• Previous employment within educational setting (desirable)
