Great Phone Engineers, Please, what can I do to my Techno R5 that suddenly stopped working. Almost a week now, I give it to a girl friend who wanted to snap with it and after she returned it. I can't do anything with it. When powered it, it only display instructional menu and when asked an engineer, he asked me to take it to Techno office, which I don't even know where the office is located. Please, save my phone because its not more than four (4) months old. |

Its showing normal menu display but giving me instruction or like guidelines on each icon I touched. On booting/reset mode, factory reset not available, only Normal and Fast boot is available. Thanks. |

Finally, I got the phone to work perfectly.... Thanks for all your concerned. |
