Not to do with Nigerians but more with Pair.Passengers,and drivers who don't come clean,aren't allowed to use the service.

Interesting concept. Key is implementation, security measures in place, contingency factor (say car breaks down and I'm in a hurry, also does this imply less pay for the week or same rate despite the hiccup?)

Timing also, especially for days you wake late or get delayed. Like before, implementation/strategies is key!
