First of all, I'd like to point out that you can do anything you want to do, don't let your course of study discourage you from diversifying.
Below, however, are a list of professions related to technology education:

1. Intoductory Technology Teacher (Secondary School)
2. Technology/ Engineering Lab Attendant (University Level)
3. University Teacher (Lecturer)
4. Tecnologist / Industrialist (If you go into production business)
