1.Jamie Vardy broke the record for scoring in
consecutive PL games.
2. West Ham won at Anfield for the first time
since September 1963 - 45th time lucky with their 3-0 win over Liverpool.
3. Leicester have 66 points after 31 Premier
League games, 41 more than they had at the
same stage last season, when they were bottom of the table with seven games remaining.
4. Leicester rank 18th in the Premier League for possession and 20th for pass success rate, but top for goals scored with 54.
5. The unpredictability factor - Arsenal completed the League 'double' over Leicester, yet lost at home to Swansea and at West Brom.
6. Man City have failed to win any of their nine games against sides currently in the top six (3 draws, 6 defeats), despite spending over £150m last summer.
7. Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez cost Leicester a combined £1.4m, yet have scored more goals in the PL this season than Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, Newcastle, Norwich, Stoke, Swansea, Watford or West Brom - and only 3 fewer than Man Utd.
8. Man City have suffered as many home defeats this season as in the previous four campaigns combined.
9. Marcus Rashford became the youngest
goalscorer in Manchester derby history, aged 18 years and 141 days.
10. Liverpool's 3-2 defeat at Southampton on
March 20 was the first time in PL history they
had lost having led by 2+ goals at half time
(having won 112 and drawn 3 of the previous
115).
11. West Ham won at both Everton and Liverpool in the same season for the very first time.
12. Leicester, Tottenham and West Ham were
higher in the table than Man Utd, Liverpool and Chelsea at the end of March.
13. Jose Mourinho became the first manager to be sacked the season after winning the PL title.
14. It took champions Chelsea until the end of February to win successive PL games for the first time.
15. Arsenal's only away win against a side in the current top half was 5-2 at Leicester, Sept 26.
16. Steven Naismith became the first player to score a hat-trick against Chelsea in the PL since October 2011.
17. West Ham remain unbeaten in six PL games against any of last season's top four (3 wins, 3 draws) having won at both Arsenal and Man City.
18. At the end of March, Leicester have won as many away games as Man City and Chelsea combined.
19. Mesut Ozil needs two more assist to equal
the record for a PL season - currently held by
Thierry Henry with 20 in 02-03.
20. Only three players have scored more goals than Riyad Mahrez (Kane, Vardy and Lukaku), and only one player (Ozil) has more assists.
21. Rafa Benitez is looking to become the first PL manager to keep a side up having been in the relegation zone when they've taken over from March onwards.
22. Only Aston Villa (4) have won fewer points against top half sides than Man City (9) this season (Swansea have also won 9).
23. Bournemouth, in their inaugural top flight
season, won at Stamford Bridge and Upton Park,as well as beating Man Utd at home.
24. Crystal Palace were 6th on Christmas Day,level on points with 4th placed Tottenham. They have seen their hopes of Europe fade into a potential relegation battle, with 2 points from 33 available in 2016.
