If the fault is from d company u have the right to return it to the retailer dat sold it out BKoz d phone comes with 13 month warranty..call me if u need help cos i have one of their agent as friend.

Thanks so much,but d phone belonged 2 a frnd nt me & because of d experience she had wit d phone;my interest in d phone had dropped.
