The most painful thing about this CBN back door recruitment is that most of the people given the job are basically spoilt kids of rich men who don't know poo academically. Me wey be say my brain dey calculate per-second-billing still dey house never see job. No wonder most policies churned out by the apex bank these days are counter-productive! angry

The problem is that the lecturer's child will expect the same favour from you and so the circle continues

Wrong ascertion. Most of those kids are well educated, some with MBA, Harvard and other ivy league schools. There's every possibility that if you go through this recruitment process together with those kids in a transparent process, they will perform better than you and that's a fact.
Try to check some of them out on LinkedIn then you will understand better.
