As I write this post, the famous Yankura Market of Sabon gari Kano is still on fire. It is almost 2days now since the fire started and up till this moment, the fire fighters are yet to quench the fire. The entire market that sits on the centre of "Africa's Mecca" has been completed raised to the ground. It is the worst tragedy that has occurred in recent times. We are calling on the Federal Government and international bodies to come to our aid. #PrayForKano |
