Thanks for your comment @Jidbel. You are right that Lack of funds is a very valid reason why many building projects get truncated. However, the first point stated i.e 'You do/did not have a good budget/estimate from the onset for a Quantity Surveyor' answers this. I f proper planning and budgeting had been done from the onset, then one would hardly have need not to finish the project as at when due.
