Viability Of Building For Rentage In Umuahia. by Icon4s(m): 2:16pm On Mar 29, 2016
I got this piece of Land in a Newly developing High-brow part of Umuahia (Close to the New Timber Market, Ahiaeke), GRA Phase II.

I intend to build part of it for rent and the other part to keep my family each time I visit home.

So before I go into developing the land, I need advice on which categories of apartment would be more viable for rentage:

Duplex
3 bedroom flat
2 bedroom flat
1 Bedroom (flat or self contained)

I also need a range of how much each category goes for in rentage.

People that live in Umuahia including Estate agents that stay in Umuahia and environs please help me out.
