Getting a new job also implies meeting new colleagues in your new working place.How best can one socialize in such an environment atleast for the first week,two weeks,one month etc to avoid such words like..he/she doesn't socialize,he/she is not friendly,doesn't greet people,doesn't talk or play with anybody or that he/she always "overdo" in order to be noticed etc.Please what is the best way to act/mingle with old staff in your new working place to get acquainted with the new faces you are to work(working)with.
