You are talking about rules, which rule did the client you know nothing about break? Why are you talking about rules when he has paid over 700k which all duties were paid. What else do you think is remaining, if not service fee. How bad can it be that the owner would abandon his car at this stage. I have a feeling you are supporting the agent's action on this.

I'm engaging all day today and all nite! Yes I have bought cars before. I never said the client broke any rules. He appears to be the victim in this case ...and the agent the bad guy. I must say you have patience and tremendous self control to have someone be robbing your mom and not be punished....severely punished. Hmmm....agent asking for more money before I can get my car...God forbid....maybe I need a head transplant!
