These words: “This war between us will not stop”, were uttered by Abubakar Shekau, leader of extremist group, Boko Haram, as he affirmed, in a video released on Thursday, that the terror group will not surrender .

This is coming on the heels of last week’s video, wherein a thin looking and dejected Shekau had insinuated that the terror group is surrendering and that his time as leader of the sect had come to an end.

However, in a shocking comeback video, Shekau stated that Boko Haram was still strong.



In the video, a masked man wearing military camouflage, surrounded by insurgents with weapons in front of Toyota Hilux pick-up trucks and a lorry mounted with a military cannon, stated that: “You should know that there is no truce, there is no negotiations, there is no surrender.”
