Obichi98:This has nothing to do with the NCC. Registered or not, what will be will be. The problem here are the networks and how they allow data resellers whether legal or not. I quick check on the number, according to True Caller reveals the person's name is "FESTUS" but registered on True caller as "Don Phezturz" 1 Share

I've known this guy for years online only, if he has tweak or data and decides to ask for money well, though we want it free but, I see nothing wrong with that. The issue of scam will arise when he did not fulfill the deal or gives excuses for failure without refund. Now, could you confirm to the elders herein that this has happened? |
