Today, A gallant female officer, Capt Adeyemo of education Corp attached to 3 Div, collapsed and died during 3.2km race for conversion course in military barrack Jaji Kaduna state. She died of heart failure. RIP dear

Why do you stress a captain with 3.2 KM race. They should be concerned with other fatigues not running. Running is a very tricky something, it gets your hears worked up easily. Africans especially Nigerians have a propensity to have blood pressure or heart disease in their life time. We supposed to avoid some kind stress.
