The water scarcity at the National Orthopaedic hospital Enugu is so terrible that the wheel chairs which are supposed to be used for patients are being turned into Wheel Barrows. Infact the water is being supplied by a benevolent senior male staff of the hospital from his own salary. See pictures below.
