This is controversial South African pastor of the End Times Disciples Ministries, Prophet Penuel Mnguni, who became infamous after ordering his congregation to do all sorts of wired things like eating snakes, stripping off their clothes during service, e.t.c.

He was spotted praying for his followers over the internet.
