How does one search for and apply for a scholarship abroad online, I would also love to know the country that is best for Nigerian students.

In terms of better countries, i would advice European countries and Australia.
Countries like: Sweden, Cyprus, Turkey, Malaysia have good educational system and are cheap when it comes to expenses, mostly for students.
Just search through Google that is my best advice

I'm interested in scholarships too but its kinda hard these days. Though some countries make available scholarship opportunities but its handed over to embassies of different countries and they now give to their cronies or whoever they want..... Germany offers free education for students upto Ph. D level sha. So maybe you should start thinking that way..... I will apply too
